I work out of my home in Rohnert Park, California, where I live with my husband and three boys.

Since becoming a mom, I've found that I'm passionate about women. After hearing so many moms talk about how they hate their post partum body, and being in groups where we cried together and laughed together about the ways our bodies have changed, and after trying to convince friends just how beautiful I think they are, I finally decided that I wanted to PROVE to women just how beautiful they are.

I believe in empowering, supporting, encouraging, and cultivating bad ass women.

Tidbits

I believe that life ebbs and flows, and so while I don't read as much as I used to, I'm still passionate about books. I love learning, and would be in school perpetually if I could. I love running, hiking, watching TV, photography, hanging out with friends, quilting, crafting, cooking, and baking. Some of those things I do right now, some are things I hope to get back to one day when life is different from what it is now.

I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, and surprisingly I still miss it sometimes. Because of working in the restaurant industry, I love food, wine, and beer, and seek out local favorites.
